Robin Paige, the author of Butchie the Bicycle, began writing her life story years ago and her fond memories of learning to ride a hand-me-down bicycle inspired this book. Her father Butch would take her and her sister on long bike rides along the C&D canal. Robin was born and raised in Delaware. Proud mom of three, she now resides in beautiful Chester County, Pennsylvania and Ocean View, Delaware where she still loves taking bike rides. She is working on her third children’s book, a novel and cookbook.
